This is a pic of me fixing a piece of trim on a home in Flagstaff, Arizona...Gotta love working in Flagstaff, especially in the Summer!

This particular tool presses the wood together, allowing a screw to hold it together. So, it’s not always necessary to replace trim. It can often be fixed, saving you a chunk of money. Also, material like bonds and caulking can help spruce up your trim, as well.
